Happy Easter from the Doggies!

We've been roadtripping all weekend with crazy doggies in tow. It's been filled with a lot of car sickness, but they had a good time with a big backyard to run in and Drake to play with. Hope you all are having a wonderful Easter weekend!

Christmas 2011

We had a good time in Fayetteville back over Christmas. Kim was back from Austria (whew! and yippee!), and Macy got to meet Drake. The dogs just had a ball!

September in Photos

Since I've been neglecting the blogging scene lately, and for those of you not on Facebook, here's a photo update of some of the things we've been up to this month.

We tested out one of the local golf courses one weekend before Eric's big HMI golf tournament...

We also checked out a few of the local trails that we hadn't been on yet...

And then last weekend we went back to Fayetteville to see the heartbreaking Hogs game...

A few more posts coming up next, and more to come next week. Eric is heading home to Memphis and I'm flying off to Ohio to see my parents and Kim for Franciscan's Family Weekend, so there will for sure be pictures from that!

Home Sweet Fayetteville

Eric and I got to spend a long weekend in Fayetteville this past weekend. Unfortunately though, even with the extra day, it still went by quick! Are weekends ever long enough?!

After lunch with Emily, one of our first outings on Friday was to see our names engraved in Senior Walk! We're set in stone now.

I find it ironic that our names are in front of the Greek Theater - the place where Eric and I first met! :)

Saturday while we were out and about in the rain (it rained at least half the trip!), we drove past this sweet old man. I kid you not, he was sitting under that beach umbrella to the right in a lawn chair, in overalls and a plaid shirt, and his horse is on a leash!

Saturday was also Kim's early graduation party! (Although she still has a few finals yet - it'll be official on Thursday!)

Mom ordered yummy Qdoba!...

 

And the kids had a ton of fun and ended up getting SOAKED. (Cathy and Shannon - I will send all the pics soon!)

{I'm surprised Eric didn't get light-headed from blowing up two bags of balloons! Look at what a wonderful dad he'll be one day. ;) }
